Tally becomes a conversation point when Freshworks also look for the IPO and touted to be the best SaaS product India has built, but for western market. Tally has clocked 80 Million USD of revenue annually for last 2 years and Freshworks has annual recurring revenue of 100 Million USD. Freshworks is serving 1.3 lakhs customers and Tally Solutions has 17 lakhs registered users with multi million pirated users.  Tally Solutions can really interesting study case for Indian SaaS space, this article for sure is quite thorough and capture the journey of this organisation. Tally seems to have very religiously followed the customer development model of product building which Steve Blank get to discuss in his book start-up owners manual and 4 steps to the epiphany. Idea of providing basic income as entitlement is principally against notion of incentive model of motivating someone to work. A person only get paid when it produce something. Take MGNREGA for example, a lot of activities are done which does not create permanent assets. But govt. decided to make a scheme where a person get paid only when some work is done and not simply as an entitlement.

सब भाग रहे हैं  बेवजह हर जगह  मांग रहे हैं  - रसोई तेल में सब्सिडी  - PM इन कस्टडी  कोई टेम्पो में भागे  कोई द्वारका के पास मेट्रो मांगे  किसी का इम्तिहान आज है  राजीव शुक्ला को अब भी आईपीएल पर नाज़ है   सहवाग ने अकादमी खोल दी है  धोनी की बीवी ट्वीट कर बोल दी है  "कुछ तो लोग कहेंगे....लोगो का काम है कहना " (श्रोत - आज तक ) टीवी ऑन रखिये विन्दु के बिंदु वार आईपीएल प्रवचन अभी जारी रखेंगे बहना ! 

जी नहीं मै महानगर प्रजाति का नहीं  कुछ रूक कर वो सोचे  फिर बोले - कभी ऐसा कुछ सुना नही कहीं   फिर अकादमिक प्रजाति के बारे में पूछे   'तो आप आई आई टी से हैं'  इस जाति - प्रजाति के वार्तालाप में  इसी मध्य टी वी  पर फैले 'श्रीशांत-दत्त' के प्रलाप में  मैंने उन्हें लखनऊ की याद दिलाई  यही वो स्थान है जहाँ से मेरा घर निकट है  ये देखिये मेरी यात्रा का वातानुकूलित द्वितीय श्रेणी का टिकट है  विषय परिवर्तन पर बंगलौर की बारी आई  इस चर्चा पर उन्हें भी खुमारी छाई    चंद  पल में  'बंगलुरू' और 'बंगलौर' उत्तर - दक्षिण ध्रुव से प्रतीत होने लगे  भीष्म - अवतार में उनके कथन  ग्रंथ गढ़ने लगे  बगल वाले उठाके 'मीनू' पढने लगे  हम भी सदाचार का भ्रम तोड़ आगे बढ़ने लगे ..... आज मुझे चुनना पड़ा.... काले और सफ़ेद में, हिंदी और अंग्रेज़ में.. उस क्षण थी चुनने की दुविधा .. सूचना - सीमित समय के लिए उपलब्ध है ये सुविधा ! हमारी धुन थी चट्टान सी मजबूत .. सूचना -  बिन जल ...मछली के ...नाचने के मिले हैं सुबूत ! धुन को हमने अभी ध्यान से हटाया  मौका भांप .. आस्तीन के सांप से हाथ मिलाया  अचानक .. शांत हूँ, स्थिर हूँ .. वाह्य प्रकृति की गोद में  शांति की शोध में  किन्तु,  अन्दर भंवर है भाव का  कि, एक महान उद्देश्य- एक महान देश  अवसर ढूँढूं या अवशेष  मेरी प्रेरणा है - प्रकृति, राजनीति कि विकृति, जन की मौन स्वीकृति ! अभी तो सो रहा हूँ मैं, ६*४८*७६ पे करवटें ले रहा हूँ मैं  घंटी- घड़ी पुकारती , मेरी मौन-धुन स्वीकारती !

प्रकाश का अवकाश  है धरी अधर के नयनों पर मिटती बुझती,  अब प्यास यहाँ  वाचाल  पंथ के सपनो पर झुरमुट हैं बस , अवकाश कहाँ ? निर्झर भावों का वेग बढ़ा पुलकित नयनों के सागर में  आवेश चढ़ा, है बढ़ी भुजा  इस द्वेष पंथ के गागर में  उफन-उछाल है दिखी जहाँ, मै वही प्रखर अधिवक्ता हूँ  दिनकर की सुई है ठिगी नही  अनंत काल, चल सकता हूँ  चिट्ठी तुम ढोंग की अब बांचों  बन विघट-मयूर ,जितना नाचो  अब काया-विस्तार, यहाँ  देखो  गौरव का तन  अभिलाषी मन  तन आसीन, है शिरा झुकी  सज्जन मन के अभिनन्दन में  फैले प्रकाश, हो सत्य प्रसार  इस जग के नंदन वन में !

Inter IIT C.G. सम्मलेन था K.G.P. में उद्वेलन था | देशभर के सारे एक से एक पंजी, छग्गी,नहली..... पधारे जिनकी सोच अलग ,अलग विचार था उनमे K.G.P.  पंजी  का जुदा ही व्यवहार था | जब  'नहली'   C.G. व्यवस्था  के परिणाम पर अपनी  सहमति जता रहे थे तब पंजी देव मुस्कुराये और मुस्कुराये ही जा रहे थे | जब सबकी नज़रें उनको घूर -घूर के देखने लगीं तब 'छग्गी' जो उन्हें सबसे करीब से था जानता बोला इस रहस्यमयी मुस्कान को सिर्फ वही है पहचानता जो  Mid-sem,End-sem  के तूफ़ान को शीतलता से वार दे प्रोफ़ेसर की ललकार हो या Class- test  का प्रहार हो Peace मरता रहे दिन- महीने  तार दे |  है घड़ी अब सीख लो निर्भीकता की भीख लो | है अटल खड़ा वो कबसे First -year की C.G. लगी है जबसे | समय है समझो ! सुख -दुःख की बाट है दुनिया मेल मिलाप से बढ़ता प्यार खैर करो जनता पे प्यारे 'Marks' को क्यूँ  'absolute' बना देते हो यार !!!
